Printer Not Printing from Brava but Prints from Device Settings

If the printer seems to be working perfectly fine from everywhere else except from Brava, check the Printing setting. This can be found in the Back Office > Settings > Printing. Make sure that the option : Use Printer Server. is unmarked.
Anther issue that develops happens within the browsers SILENT PRINTING settings, changing them often solves the issues.
FIREFOX
To enable Silent/Disable Background Printing in Firefox to print without showing the print preferences dialogue box.
1. Type about:config in Firefox’s address bar and hit Enter.
2. Type silent in the pages search bar and options will pop up.
3. Choose print.always_print_silent
4. If its true, set to false by clicking the toggle icon on the right side
5. Close out of the tab, close out of the browser and re-open the browser for the changes to take effect.
6. Restart the browser/BravaPOS domain.
7. Open an order, chose print a client copy and see if the printer window comes up. Make sure the appropriate printer is set to default. Print to test if its working.

CHROME
To toggle Kiosk/Silent Printing Mode
1. You'll need to edit the shortcut for the Chrome browser on the desktop.
Note: It may be a good idea to create a copy of the shortcut first to do this right mouse click on the shortcut ["create shortcut"] and copy then paste onto your desktop.
2. Edit the shortcut by a right mouse click on the shortcut icon on the desktop and select properties.
3. In the target field add/append the following text the text by removing --kiosk-printing from the field.
4. Save/Close out of that screen.
5. Restart the browser/BravaPOS domain.
6 Open an order, chose print a client copy and see if the printer window comes up. Make sure the appropriate printer is set to default. Print to test if its working.
Printer on Pause status
Go to control panel double click on the printer device and uncheck the pause status
