Commission Periods
Changing it from Daily to Commission Period will allow you to set another Coverage aside from Daily.

You need to set the Commission Period setting to "Commission Period" If you don't set the commission structure to daily, I believe that it will use the Commission Period setting which is currently set to Daily.
If you want the commission periods to be monthly, you need to change that setting, then under Company -> Employee Settings, you'll need to set the Commission Period Duration to Monthly.
Note: Commission Structures set to Daily will always be daily, those that are not set as Daily will go by the Commission Period set in the settings, which if set to Commission Period will be whatever duration they are set at when created.
