Processing Credits for Completed Appointments

Step 1. Go appointment

Step 2. Select the product type credits for the voucher. Click select then close

Step 3. If they are buying the product. Select the products and checkout

Step 4. Apply any product credits to apply to the amount

Step 5. Click checkout and fill out the payment information then click process

Step 6. A receipt will be generated once done

Step 7. You can see the order on the Appointment calendar by clicking Appointments

Step 8. To close the till go to till management. Select the order to close under Current till

Step 9. To get the ability to get the BigSpa Package. Go to the category, then select "Premier Opening Celebration"

Step 10. Select Item then Edit and save.

Step 11. To get the BigSpa package, the purchase must be 600K or above. Go to Home and select the item and take any amount to get the BigSPa package

Step 12. Select checkout

Step 13. A pop-up option will appear to select a user profile if there is a voucher available to use.

Step 14. Assign the voucher to use and it will be applied automatically.
