Function:
It's function is to make the Minimum Price Difference be visible when adding items to Cart.
For Example:
1.Each item/products has it's minimum price set individually.
2. So, when you add it to Cart and put the custom price in it, it will give you the Difference (+ or -) between Custom Price and the Minimum Price
