Unable to Access BravaPOS

BravaPOS is a web based application which requires solid internet connectivity to function properly. If you are on a public or heavily traffic access point, your connection may have severe latency and connecting may be problematic. Before you reach out to the help desk, please try the following:

Verify that you are connected to the Internet.

Make certain your Wi-Fi is turned on and that you are connected to an access point/router.

Test your internet speed


The internet speed test measures the speed of your internet connection. Your connection speed includes things like download speed and upload speed.


Important: This feature isn’t available in some countries and regions. Please find one that is accessible.


You can test your internet download and upload speed:

  1. Go to Google.com.
  2. Search for internet speed test.
  3. Tap or click the blue Run Speed Test icon.

These two troubleshooting tips will let you know if you are connected to the internet and what download and upload speeds you have. If you pass both these tests then clear your browsers cookies, close out of all your browser screens and try to reconnect.

If you are still having issues, contact customer support from a device connected to the internet (business cell phone with cellular wi-fi for instance) and start a chat/call with the help desk.

If those don't resolve your issues, go to Brava POS Support Page to see if there is a reported outage. If there is not, start a chat/call and we will look into the issue for you in real time.
