Have the Telemarketers use the Customer Pipeline.

Once you have created users for the telemarketers, assign them the role "Telemarketers" and then:

You need to create a group for your contacts/clients like for example;

Group them by their Date of Birth. There are other options you can group them but in this example I will be grouping them with their date of birth.

How to:

1. go to /admin

2. Select Contacts

3. Click on Advanced

4. Look for "Birthday"

5. Select the Date Range

6. Click "Search"

Now that you have results for the people that have birthday of the selected dates, you can now proceed on creating a "Tag".

How to:

1. Click on "Batch Edit".

2. Assign it to one of your Telemarketers.

3.Put a Tag Like "Month Birthday"

4. By Default the Contacts is set to how many people you can see on the screen but if you click on it you have the option to select All in the List.

5. Click Save. Wait for the contacts to be added.

Go to

https://shopixsgtest.bravapos.net/my_pipeline and have the telemarketer login
