Pipelines are now standalone items in the database

You can now edit the statuses and status labels. These settings here are system-wide not for the selected pipeline.

You can add or rearrange statuses. Status labels work as before.

When editing pipelines, you can choose what statuses are used. Auto Complete is used in tandem with the appointment system, moving a task to completed when an appointment is finished.

Auto clear deletes completed tasks when the till is closed.

You can also enable people to automatically be assigned to a task based on certain conditions. You can only pick one type of condition per pipeline.

For the condition type, X iis filled by the Days field where you can input hope many days until the condition is met

Re-add determines if a client will be added again after a task is completed. Never means they will only be added once. If cleared means that the client will only be re-added once they are no longer in the pipeline. Always means that the client can be in multiple parts of the same pipeline at the same time.

Assign Now allows you to select a date range for when clients get added.

We also have a loyalty tab for the pipelines. Its in read only mode, and can only be edited within the POS.
