For security purposes, Brava POS now requires a user to enter their username and password in order to process a refund or exchange. In the past (before the latest update) user's that had the permissions to perform refunds or exchanges did not have to enter (ore re-enter) their username and password. That has changed.
The solution is simple. Users now need to enter their username and password before they can process a refund or exchange.
