How to handle Imports for Franchisee like NYS MOROCCO and NYS ECUADOR

As an Example we will use the issue we had recently wherein NYSMOROCCO (franchisee) requested for an import. And the product on the sheet they've provided happens to be already in the system and the only thing left to do was to just Assign it to Morocco Location and issue could have been avoided.
Note:
We will only honor changes that are requested by Louis if we think that the change that franchisee is requesting will affect the others.
Additional: If Franchisees has a request. Please let them know to contact Louis.
NYS MOROCCO AND NYS ECUADOR will be removed from the Locations List in NYS COLLECTION.
Meaning we can no longer assign products from within NYSCOLLECTIONS domain.
If there are cases wherein there's a new import happening in nyscollection and franchisee wants the products to be added to their location. We need to login to their respective domain nysmorocco.bravapos.net/admin or nysecuador.bravapos.net/admin and assign the product to their Location and adjust the pricing.
