User can't search/alter/find XXX (clients for instance)

Check ACL Roles

Often if someone cannot do something its because of the ACL Role limitation.

Note: Before altering an ACL Role, you must get approval from management (ideally in writing/via chat, text or email

For example, if a user is unable to search for a client

1. Go to Back Office and click Employees.

2.  Click on the Name of the user and go down to ACL Role. Check the ACL Role they have and then go into Setting>ACL Roles and check the Roles permissions. If they do not have that permission, you can change it, however, make sure you have management approval before doing so. If so, adjust the permission by ticking the box. Save it. Then have the user refresh and try again

3. You may need to create a new ACL Role if the management wishes to adjust this only for some and not all of the same ACL Class.
