Tax is not properly applied to an Order/Item
In this scenario the Sales Tax is not applied to an order

The reason why Tax is not applied to an order is because the Tax Type is not set correctly. So to fix it you need to go to:
1. Back Office >Products>Products Detail
2. Look for the Product that's not applying proper/correct Sales Tax and Click it.
3. Edit Product Type window will pop-up and scroll down to Tax Types and make sure that Tax Types is set to Sales Tax.
4. Click Save and Refresh POS.
