How to Start a Trouble Ticket

It is vital prior to making a call or sending an email, that you open a trouble ticket. Without the information provided within the ticket, it is difficult for our help desk staff to provide you with the highest level of support. This process allows for the most efficient and effective handling of your issue by our support staff.
There are two ways for you to create a ticket:
- Directly from our Knowledgebase page by clicking SUBMIT A TICKET in the upper right hand corner. After you attempt to search for the solution yourself, you may still find yourself without a resolution and can open a ticket on this page.
- Indirectly from starting a Chat/VOIP call providing as much detail as possible along with contact information and the email address for the person who will be monitoring the status of the issue.
At this time these are the two required ways for you to request support from the Help Desk. Emails and phone call requests will still require you to open a ticket prior to the handling your issue.
