How to Create a Phone / Email Notification

The Updated version of this is by going to the Employee profile first.
1. Back Office
2. Employees
3. Click Employees again
4. Click on the designated notification receiver or Add New (only if the employee has not been created already)

For Email Notifications you will enter an email address in the Email Address field.
For Text notifications you must enter the employee's phone number along with the carrier's sms gateway in the TXT Address field.
Example AT&T: 3234445555@txt.att.net
NOTE: If the carrier is not on this list you can google search "(carrier name) sms gateway".

When you have entered this information you will Save, then click Back into the Back Office Menu.
Click on Settings

Then click on Notifications

Select or create the notification you wish to add to this employee. Example

You will go inside the notification set up page.
The highlighted areas, are what you will be changing.
1. Send Via*:
-Push= Brava Back Office App Notifications (will only receive if the employee has been given access to the App, if not they will not be able to log in to the app to receive Push Notifications.
-Email= Txt and Email Notifications. Will only receive a notification if you followed the steps above.
2. Custom must be toggled to ON
3. You will see a field after step 2. Search for the employee by Name.
4. Once found Check Mark the box next to the employee name.
5. Save and you're done.
