How to Create/Edit/Use a Coupon Code

This guide will walk you though both creating, editing, using a basic Coupon Code in BravaPOS.

   1. Select Back Office from the bottom button bar, then Settings from the left side button bar.

2. Select Coupon Code from the left will bring you to the Coupon Codes window. Select Add New to the left of Coupon Codes.

 3. The New Coupon Code window is where you will enter information on the coupon. See the chart below to understand what to enter. Select Save when finished. 

 5. To use a Coupon Code simply select Coupon Code from the Payment Types screen when finishing an order.

*NOTE: Using a Coupon Code will allow employees to discount the sale below the minimum without manager approval. 

How to Create Mixed and Matched Coupon Code

How this work is customers have the option to buy any quantity of products and get certain discount. 

For Example: 

If customer buys 3 they'll get $1 discount a piece 

or 

If customer buys 10 they'll get $5 discount a piece and so on. 

This is totally customizable. So it will depend on you how much discount you provide in certain quantity.

1. Go to Back Office

2. Settings

3. Coupon Code and click Add New

4. Add your desired name and Code

5. In "Type" please select "Product Mix/Match

6. Add the products that you would like to use this Coupon Code.

7. Assign it to the Location and click Save.
