How to Transfer Inventory

1. Select Inventory from the bottom button bar. Select Transfer Inventory from the left side bar.

2. Choose which location to take inventory from using the From box. Choose where to send the inventory to with the To Box.

3. Pick the category of inventory you'll transfer under Choose a Category. Products from that category will appear in the table below. If you would like to instantly transfer inventory change Received? to Yes. If you would like the transfer to be confirmed before it is added to your inventory leave Received? as No.

4. The table showing products will list the available quantity to transfer under Avail. On Hand refers to how much is at your To/receiving location. Enter the amount you would like to transfer from Avail to On Hand under Xfer Qty box on the right. Select Transfer at the bottom of the product table to save the changes.

5. If you set Received? to Yes in step 3 you will need to receive inventory before the Xfer Qty will appear in your inventory. Select Receive Inventory from the left button bar. Change your Receive at Location to the location you had set under To in step 2.

6. Enter the qty you received under Received Qty. Select Save Received to add the qty to your inventory. If Sent Qty is bigger than Received Qty the leftover will be sent back to the From location.
