If you get an error after installing an Epson TM-20III you will need to delete all of the drivers and then restart the computer before downloading. You will also need to delete the Epson app from the apps in windows. Please follow the order below.

1. Delete the Epson app

2. Delete the downloaded zip for drivers
3. Restart the computer and start over
