How to Add Inventory

Even though BravaPOS automatically keeps track of items sold and returned, Add Inventory is used to keep track of additional items brought to the store. If you are just updating the existing inventory to reflect found, lost, or broken items see the How To Count Inventory found here.

How To:
1. Select Inventory from the bottom button bar, then Add Inventory from the left button bar.
*Note: If you do not see Add Inventory you may not have permission to view it. Check with your manager/boss and ask for more ACL Role permissions
2. Choose which location you will be counting from the drop-down menu under Loc:. Change the Category to whichever group of products you would like to add to. The items in the Category will appear below.
3. In the Count box found to the right of the products name enter the number of products you want added. After all counts are entered select Save at the bottom. If your location requires it you will also need to enter a Reason.
*Note: If you need to set all items in a category to the same count use Count All found below the last item in the category.
